Ashish Acharya brings more than 20 years of finance, lending, and credit structuring experience to Boutique Finance.

With a strong background across banking, medical finance, commercial lending, and home loans, Ashish is known for his strategic thinking, deep credit knowledge, and ability to simplify complex lending decisions. His career includes national recognition at NAB, specialist experience across NAB Health, Professional Services, and Franchise, and a proven track record of writing more than $100M in lending annually.

Ashish works with healthcare professionals, business owners, investors, and homeowners to structure finance with clarity and confidence — helping clients secure lending solutions that support where they are now and where they want to go next.

Sanju Acharya brings more than 17 years of banking experience, a CPA qualification, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance to her role at Boutique Finance.

After stepping away from corporate banking in 2022, Sanju followed her passion for building deeper client relationships and delivering more personal finance guidance. Since then, she has supported more than 150 clients across home loans, business loans, asset finance, and SMSF lending.

Known for her warm, patient, and people-first approach, Sanju takes the time to understand each client’s goals and circumstances before helping them explore finance solutions that feel clear, practical, and tailored to their needs.
